Freehand is building AI agents that run Accounts Payable and spend operations for enterprise customers, replacing armies of analysts and offshore teams. The company is expanding from freight and logistics into new spend categories, with customers including Meta, Unilever, J&J, Pfizer, and Cardinal Health. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own positioning, pricing, launches, and sales enablement as Freehand scales. Your core responsibilities include: Positioning & Narrative: Define and maintain Freehand's core positioning around why an AI Team is a different category from an AI tool. Keep messaging sharp as the product, competition, and market evolve. Roadmap & Launch: Own go-to-market strategy for new spend categories and expansion motions. Turn product roadmaps into launch plans and messaging that drive customer adoption from initial use case to broader footprint. Pricing & Packaging: Partner with product, finance, and sales to develop pricing models that translate outcome-based value into terms that resonate with CFOs evaluating AI against headcount and BPO spend. Competitive Intelligence: Track the competitive landscape including legacy BPOs, point-solution AI tools, and emerging agentic startups. Develop positioning and battlecards that hold up in live deals. Sales Enablement: Create battlecards, objection handling frameworks, and category-specific pitches that equip sales to win deals. Cross-Functional GTM: Collaborate with events, growth, and marketing teams on how Freehand shows up in the market as the company scales. You'll work with CFOs, CPOs, and Chief Supply Chain Officers at the executive level, and with GBS/Shared Services, AP, and Procurement leaders operationally. You'll need to close the loop between market signal and product development, not just collect feedback. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in product marketing for technical enterprise products, with experience launching new products or categories, shaping pricing for outcome-based offerings, and building sales enablement that measurably improved win rates. Freehand is Series B with ~100 people across the US and India. The company operates on five core principles: Context Before Confidence, Decisions not Recommendations, High Agency/High Trust, Accountability is the Product, and The Work That Remains is the Work That Matters. You'll have real autonomy and visibility for your work.
