Crexi is building a digital marketplace for commercial real estate, leveraging AI to transform a trillion-dollar, traditionally relationship-driven industry. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the bridge between market insights and product strategy, translating customer needs into positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue. Key responsibilities include: leading market and customer research to identify opportunities and sharpen positioning; owning go-to-market strategy for new features and products across multiple quarters; rallying cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Communications, Legal, Partnerships) to execute launches; developing and maintaining product positioning and messaging frameworks; rolling out products to sales and customer success teams with enablement assets like battlecards and pitch decks; maintaining alignment between product and go-to-market teams on priorities and blockers; setting and tracking adoption metrics and communicating performance to stakeholders; identifying product gaps and market nuances affecting scaled adoption; monitoring competitive positioning and feature releases; and managing early-access testing programs with pilot partners. You'll need 5–8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or platform businesses, with a proven track record leading major product launches. Strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and experience building competitive intelligence programs and sales enablement assets are essential. Experience in commercial real estate, two-sided platforms, or working directly with sales leadership on territory-level go-to-market plans is valued. You're a sharp product thinker who translates complex capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging; a clear communicator and cross-functional leader who builds trust with stakeholders at all levels; and someone comfortable owning ambiguous, high-impact problems independently.
