Causaly is an AI-powered biomedical knowledge platform that helps researchers and decision-makers discover and interpret evidence from millions of scientific publications, clinical trials, and regulatory documents. The platform combines advanced knowledge graphs with generative AI to accelerate drug discovery and improve decision-making at leading biopharmaceutical organizations.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own the product messaging, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy for product launches and feature releases. You'll report to the SVP of Marketing (based in New York) and lead a growing product marketing team focused on engaging R&D leaders, discovery scientists, and competitive intelligence teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement library including pitchbooks, discovery decks, one-pagers, and competitive battlecards that empower the sales team to tell a compelling Causaly story.
- Partner with sales, sales engineering, and product teams to create product demos, demo scripts, and demo environments that bring the platform to life for prospects and customers.
- Co-own the external content engine, developing whitepapers, ebooks, solution briefs, and thought leadership assets that support the full sales funnel.
- Translate new product capabilities into launch-ready messaging, demos, and enablement materials as features ship.
- Engage deeply with the sales organization to gather persona insights, competitive intelligence, and win/loss learnings that sharpen positioning.
- Act as company storyteller, communicating unique positioning and differentiation across all customer touchpoints.
- Measure and refine the impact of enablement and content assets based on sales and customer feedback.
You'll need 4-6 years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B selling motions, with hands-on expertise building sales enablement assets. Strong long-form writing skills, ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value, and experience creating or briefing product demos are essential. Life sciences or AI/B2B SaaS domain experience is a plus but not required.
