Causaly is an AI-powered biomedical knowledge platform that helps researchers and decision-makers discover and interpret evidence from millions of scientific publications, clinical trials, and regulatory documents. The company is backed by top-tier investors including ICONIQ, Index Ventures, Pentech, and Marathon, and is scaling rapidly across the life sciences R&D market.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will own the product marketing strategy and execution for Causaly's expanding product suite, including Agentic Research, Discover, Bio Graph, and Pipeline Graph. Your core responsibilities include:
**Sales Enablement & Content**: Build and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement library including pitchbooks, discovery decks, one-pagers, and competitive battlecards. Partner with sales and sales engineering to create product demos, demo scripts, and demo environments that bring the platform to life for prospects and customers.
**Product Launch & Messaging**: Translate new product capabilities into launch-ready messaging, demos, and enablement materials. Develop external content including whitepapers, ebooks, solution briefs, and thought leadership assets that support the full sales funnel.
**Cross-Functional Leadership**: Act as a key collaborator across marketing, product, and sales organizations. Engage deeply with the sales team to gather persona insights, competitive intelligence, and win/loss learnings that sharpen positioning. Serve as the company storyteller, helping the market understand Causaly's unique point of view and differentiation.
**Measurement & Refinement**: Continuously measure and refine the impact of enablement and content assets based on sales and customer feedback.
You'll engage with target personas including R&D leaders, discovery and translational scientists, and competitive intelligence teams at major global pharmaceutical companies. The role requires 4-6 years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B selling motions, hands-on expertise building sales enablement assets, and strong long-form writing skills. Experience translating complex technical capabilities into clear, value-driven messaging is essential. Life sciences and/or AI/B2B SaaS domain experience is a plus but not required.
