Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for the brain through at-home EEG and cardiopulmonary signal platforms. The company serves two markets: life sciences partners conducting clinical development of novel therapeutics for neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorders, and a diagnostics business delivering reimbursable assessments for sleep and CNS disorders.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own go-to-market strategy for both the life sciences and diagnostics portfolios. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, positioned at the intersection of clinical insight, product strategy, and market execution.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies including product launches, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation; building deep expertise in diagnostics and life sciences buyer journeys; creating marketing collateral (sales enablement materials, case studies, white papers, one-pagers, presentation decks) tailored to clinical audiences; partnering with Clinical, Product, and Sales teams to translate complex scientific capabilities into clear value propositions; conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and identify opportunities; defining and tracking marketing metrics (pipeline influence, content engagement, win/loss rates, campaign ROI); representing the customer voice internally by synthesizing field feedback and advisory board insights; supporting demand generation through campaigns, webinars, conferences, and digital initiatives; and building relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical advisors.
You will need 6+ years of product marketing experience with at least 3 years in life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare technology. Required skills include demonstrated ability to develop go-to-market strategies for complex, technical products in regulated industries; strong written and verbal communication with ability to translate scientific concepts into compelling narratives; and cross-functional collaboration experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. The role is fully remote; candidates in Boston, NYC, or San Francisco areas are strongly preferred.
