Hex is hiring a Senior Product Marketer to own a product domain end-to-end, from earliest product conversations through launch and sustained enablement. You'll be the marketing strategist embedded with product and engineering, responsible for positioning, go-to-market strategy, launch planning, and field enablement. Key responsibilities include: • Own a product domain as its "GM"—partner with PM and engineering from concept through ship, ensuring both product teams and field sales stay connected and aligned. • Ship launches across the spectrum, from tier-one blockbuster moments to precision drops in a sustained cadence. You'll own tiering, playbooks, and full asset coverage: positioning, launch content, web updates, written copy, email, social, and creative video. • Build enablement that field teams actually use. Create competitive analysis, demo guidance, and talk tracks that SEs and AEs adopt and deploy in the field. Success is measured by adoption and field impact, not just asset creation. • Keep customer-facing surfaces current. Maintain website pages, sales decks, solution briefs, and demo environments so customers stay in sync with product capabilities and value propositions. • Sustain narrative post-launch. Partner with content and evangelist teams to keep your story alive across social, customer collateral, events, and analyst conversations. • Be a market voice. Write under your own name, take POVs, and shape how the category is discussed—not just produce internal documentation. You'll work within a collaborative PMM team structured around full-stack product marketers, each owning a slice of the product with latitude to shape positioning, launch strategy, sales enablement, and sustained marketing. Required: 4+ years in product marketing at a fast-moving product company with a proven launch portfolio and field impact. You're a storyteller with strong writing skills and an operational backbone—someone who builds repeatable systems (launch playbooks, enablement BOMs, scalable processes). Genuine fluency in AI is essential: understanding what models can do, where they fall short, and what that means for buyers. You're comfortable with ambiguity, strong opinions, and fast pace. Bonus: Experience marketing AI-native or AI-augmented products, background in analytics/BI/developer tools, a POV on current B2B marketing, or a track record of systematizing complex launches into scalable programs.
