You will join as a Senior Product Manager reporting directly to the CEO, owning strategy and roadmap for either an existing suite of trading APIs or a net-new product initiative. This is a hands-on individual contributor role on a lean product team. You will be deeply embedded in data and customer interactions, working alongside engineers from concept through launch.
Key responsibilities include: owning product strategy and roadmap for your area; forming product decisions from three independent sources (customer feedback, onchain/internal data analysis, and your own market insights); partnering closely with engineering leads to reason through technical tradeoffs; collaborating with go-to-market on positioning and adoption; and working directly with the CEO on product direction. You will conduct regular customer check-ins, analyze their metrics and pain points, dig into onchain performance data, and spot competitive gaps and emerging opportunities. You are expected to be a strategic operator with founder mentality—taking ownership, defaulting to action, and driving initiatives end-to-end without waiting for explicit direction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years in product management, or equivalent experience as a founder, GM, or trader who transitioned into building
- Shipped B2B, API, or infrastructure products with real adoption and revenue
- Data-driven mindset: able to build Dune dashboards and analyze API performance in Grafana, Metabase, or similar tools
- Technical fluency: can hold your own with engineers on routing, execution quality, latency, and related technical challenges
- DeFi-native expertise: deep knowledge of onchain trading, perpetuals, DEX aggregation; you are an active user of the products you build
- Expert AI user: run agents, automate workflows, and build tooling to multiply your output
- Alignment with core values: do the right thing, consistently ship, focus on long-term impact
- Ability to attend annual in-person team offsites globally
PREFERRED:
- Founded a company or were an early builder at a technology startup (product from zero to one)
- Customer success background or ex-engineer who transitioned to product
- Strong experience in EVM and/or Solana ecosystems
- Experience mentoring or up-leveling other PMs
- Strong understanding of financial markets
