- Spearhead complex initiatives with the ability to influence without direct authority; manage timelines, accountability, and risk
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and operations to gather user insights and ship innovative functionality
- Articulate clear requirements and communicate them across stakeholders, using data and research; produce artifacts that junior team members can learn from
- Mentor and develop junior product team members
You will report to a Director of Product Management. This is a hybrid role based in the New York City office, requiring 3 days per week in-office (Thursdays are mandatory; two other days are flexible).
Requirements:
- 6+ years of cross-functional collaboration in Product Management or adjacent roles (engineers, designers, operations)
- 4+ years driving rigorous prioritization processes
- 4+ years working with tech systems and understanding basic infrastructure (backend services, databases, SQL)
- 2+ years leading complex, cross-domain initiatives
- 2+ years root-causing ambiguous problems, building roadmaps, and executing successfully
Bonus: ecommerce or two-sided marketplace experience; deep knowledge of A/B testing practices.
