Fever is the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating at global scale across 55+ countries with 300+ million monthly users. The company grows through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, partnering with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on platform integration strategy. As Fever acquires new companies, each brings its own product, codebase, and operational approach. This role ensures that growth compounds rather than fragments—turning "two products" into "one better product" by connecting acquired companies to the Fever platform. Key responsibilities: - Define product vision and strategy for the Fever group platform, deciding which capabilities (payments, invoicing, seating maps, access control, box office, point of sale) should become shared group services, and work with engineering to productize them for integration by any group company. - Own the integration playbook: the standard, prioritized path every acquired company follows to run on Fever's shared services. - Assess each acquisition feature by feature, produce keep/kill/merge plans, and shape integration decisions with engineering leads on APIs, data models, and migration strategies. - Run partner and customer migrations end-to-end, coordinating across business development, account management, operations, and support teams. - Serve as the bridge between acquired teams and Fever's product and engineering organization during the first 6–12 months post-acquisition, reporting integration progress to leadership. You will work across products, markets, and teams spanning the entire group, close to leadership decisions that shape Fever's strategic direction. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in complex, cross-functional environments. REQUIREMENTS: Basic qualifications: - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field - 5+ years in product management, ideally in platform or technical products - Professional English fluency - Deep technical fluency: comfortable with architecture, APIs, data models, and trade-offs (consolidation, migration, build vs. reuse) - Proven experience building shared-services strategy and leading post-M&A or platform integration, including keep/kill/merge decisions - Strong program management in ambiguous, cross-team settings with legacy systems - Clear communicator and analytical thinker with high ownership and urgency Preferred qualifications: - PM experience at a company that grew through acquisitions, ideally including M&A due diligence - Domain knowledge in ticketing, live entertainment, or commerce (payments, access control, box office, seating) - Prior hands-on experience as a backend or platform engineer - Track record of earning trust with acquired teams and managing change - Experience defining integration metrics and mentoring other PMs
