Salary: USD 165,000 - 180,000 / annual

Ascendis Pharma, a global biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Global Marketing based in Princeton, NJ. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Marketing, you will shape and execute global marketing strategies driving successful product launches and sustained growth across key markets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing global marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives; leading the cross-functional Global Brand Team through meeting preparation and facilitation; collaborating with Global Market Research and Forecasting to generate strategic insights; creating and distributing compliant global marketing materials tailored to local market needs; managing the global brand plan and coordinating strategic actions with Global Medical Affairs and HEOR teams; driving global marketing campaigns including digital content, disease awareness initiatives, and congress/event participation; promoting best-practice sharing across functional teams; monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities; and preparing business cases for key brand decisions. You bring 5–7 years of experience in global and local marketing, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, with proven success managing product launches and driving international brand growth. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Strong proficiency in digital marketing and familiarity with modern marketing tools and technologies are essential. You demonstrate executional excellence, translate data into actionable strategies, and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities to achieve both short- and long-term goals.
