Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products for enterprise customers including Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. This Senior Product Manager role leads the FX and Cash Management team from the Amsterdam office, focusing on building a reliable FX trading platform and Treasury Management System.
You will own the complete product lifecycle for FX and cash management offerings, including strategy, roadmap, and execution. Key responsibilities include setting vision and strategy for the team, leading cross-functional execution with Engineering, Product, Treasury, Finance, and Commercial teams, establishing governance frameworks across multiple departments, and building a world-class Treasury Management System serving both customer and internal needs.
Success in the first 6-12 months means establishing clear vision and goals for the FX and cash management team, identifying key customer and operational pain points to shape the product roadmap, and building a high-performing product development team capable of executing at scale.
You bring 8+ years of experience building high-scale platforms in fast-growing tech or fintech environments, with a mandatory 2+ years in FX and/or cash management. You have a proven track record delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale, comfortable operating with high autonomy in ambiguous situations. You are customer-centric, translating technical complexity into customer impact, with strong product instincts and a data-driven decision-making approach. You demonstrate leadership ability in setting vision and strategy, possess clear communication skills across disciplines and cultures, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action. An AI-forward thinking approach is valued.
