Mollie is a European fintech platform serving 250,000+ businesses with payments and money management solutions. As Senior Product Manager for Business Banking, you'll own a significant portion of one of Mollie's newest and most ambitious product areas—a full banking proposition layered on top of the company's established payments infrastructure.
This is a build-from-scratch opportunity with rare positioning: you combine the ambition and pace of building something new with the resources, customer base, and best practices of a scaled business (900+ employees across 12+ locations). You'll work alongside experienced product leaders who have executed similar initiatives.
You'll lead a cross-functional team spanning design, product, and data analytics. While there are no direct reports, you own the team's day-to-day performance and shipping cadence. Your responsibilities include:
- Shipping net-new propositions and customer-facing experiences that don't currently exist
- Building product and APIs across Mollie's web and native mobile apps for business banking customers
- Leveraging Mollie's existing payments infrastructure to reach an already-active, engaged customer base
- Operating the full product lifecycle from early-stage building through scaling
- Working in a high-ambition, high-resource environment with experienced leaders
