Mekari, Indonesia's leading SaaS company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Financial Services to drive product strategy and execution across their financial services offerings. In this role, you will own the complete product lifecycle: understanding customer needs and pain points, designing product flows and detailed specifications, and managing trade-offs between scope, schedule, cost, and quality. You'll build and prioritize the product roadmap based on business and customer impact, working closely with development, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Key responsibilities include managing and organizing the product team using agile methodologies, evaluating and researching new and existing features, conducting competitive analysis, and assessing market opportunities. You'll collaborate with UI/UX teams to enhance product experiences, serve as a technical solutions lead for internal and external projects, and engage with potential business partners on technology integration opportunities. The role requires balancing technical depth with business acumen, particularly in financial services and accounting domains.
You bring previous experience in tech-based financial services, strong understanding of technical software concepts, and ideally a background in business or accounting. You demonstrate excellent communication and people management skills, strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to thrive under pressure. A can-do attitude, attention to detail, and customer-centric mindset are essential.
