Unframe is an AI-first startup helping Fortune 500 enterprises deploy LLM-powered applications in days rather than months. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, the company combines product-company speed with consultancy flexibility to accelerate enterprise AI adoption. As Group Product Manager, you will lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions in production. This is a high-ambiguity, fast-paced role where problems are not predefined—you'll work directly with customers to identify high-value problems, define solutions, and drive execution from concept to production. Key responsibilities include: - Leading a PM team on complex, high-impact AI solutions in production - Working closely with customers and internal teams to identify problems and define what to build - Operating in high ambiguity to shape opportunities where requirements are unclear - Driving new solutions from early stages through production, making key product and trade-off decisions - Owning a portfolio of solutions across enterprise customers, setting priorities across parallel initiatives - Balancing speed of execution with long-term scalability and quality - Identifying patterns across solutions and pushing for reuse and productization - Mentoring and developing Product Managers to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments You'll need 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers in high-growth or complex environments. You should have a proven track record managing strong PMs, operating in ambiguity, and driving products from concept to real-world impact. Experience with complex systems, enterprise customers, and cross-functional leadership (engineering, AI, GTM) is essential. This is a true 0→1 role at scale. You won't inherit a roadmap; you'll help define what's worth building. From day one, you'll have real ownership, shaping direction and leading a team through ambiguity while working closely with founders and senior leaders.
