As Senior Product Manager for Earn, you will own and grow one of Ledger Live's core value pillars: enabling millions of users to put their crypto to work safely while maintaining self-custody. You will define and drive the roadmap for Earn—spanning staking, stable yield savings, and partner-powered yield products—translating Ledger's security promise into recurring value for users and the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define the vision and drive the roadmap for the Earn scope, translating it into a clear, prioritized quarterly plan that balances new yield opportunities, platform scalability, and user trust.
- End-to-End Ownership: Drive initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration—writing PRDs, defining success metrics, and partnering closely with engineering, design, and embedded software to ship features that work flawlessly on both app and device.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use Mixpanel and other analytics tools to understand user behavior across the Earn funnel, identify drop-off points, and prioritize the roadmap based on evidence.
- Partner & Ecosystem Management: Partner with yield and staking providers, negotiate rev-share terms, and evaluate new integrations to expand earning opportunities for users.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central point of alignment between Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance—particularly important given regulatory sensitivity in crypto yield products.
- Team & Stakeholder Communication: Produce sharp, decision-ready documentation (roadmaps, product vision docs, dashboards) for leadership and collaborators.
