Salary: USD 151,200 - 204,600 / annual

Twitch is the world's largest live streaming platform, hosting communities around gaming, entertainment, music, sports, cooking, and more. The Commerce organization drives over $1B+ in annual payouts to creators through innovative monetization products. You will own the product vision and roadmap for Twitch's commerce capabilities, balancing near-term customer and business outcomes with longer-term strategic investments. Your responsibilities include: • Define and execute the 1-2 year product strategy for interactive, mobile-native commerce features that help streamers monetize and deepen community connections • Own core streamer success metrics including interaction rates, creator earnings, viewer engagement, mobile conversion, and retention • Lead the prioritization of features that help streamers connect and monetize with viewers, including exploring new innovations in community engagement and creator monetization • Drive multi-screen product strategy, ensuring seamless engagement and monetization across devices • Continuously run experiments to test new features and improve outcomes for streamers and communities • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Research, and Community teams to deliver products that help creators succeed and grow their channels • Champion streamer-first thinking in all product decisions, ensuring solutions enhance creator earnings, deepen community bonds, and support channel growth You can work from Seattle, WA; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; or Irvine, CA. REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager • Experience with live streaming, gaming, or the broader creator economy • Experience with monetization products and balancing creator earnings with consumer experience • Track record building consumer-facing products at scale, particularly mobile applications or creator/community tools • Deep understanding of creator ecosystems: their needs, community dynamics, and success factors on digital platforms • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups • Demonstrated ability to define and execute against ambitious 1-2 year product roadmaps BONUS: • Familiarity with virtual goods, digital currencies, or in-app purchase systems • Analytical self-sufficiency: ability to write basic SQL, use experimentation/analytics tools, and leverage AI tools for product analysis • Background in social features, chat systems, or real-time interactive experiences • Personal experience as a content creator or deep engagement with creator communities
