This Senior Product Manager role leads Fever's strategic expansion into the Chinese market. Based in Madrid, you will own the complete product vision and roadmap for China market entry, serving as the critical bridge between Fever's global product, engineering, and design teams (headquartered in Madrid) and the unique realities of Chinese users, partners, and regulatory environment.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing a China-specific product strategy grounded in market research and user behavior; translating broad market opportunities into concrete, sequenced product initiatives; collaborating closely with engineering and design to build localized features accounting for Chinese payment methods (WeChat Pay, Alipay), super-app integrations, and regulatory requirements; analyzing product performance through a China lens and driving continuous improvement; and serving as a cultural and market advisor to leadership on localization, partnerships, and product decisions.
You will break down complex market-entry challenges, manage ambiguity across teams, and build internal alignment around a compelling China go-to-market vision. This is a high-ownership role requiring both product fundamentals and deep fluency in the Chinese digital ecosystem.
Required: 5+ years of product management experience, native or native-level Mandarin Chinese proficiency, high business English fluency, and deep lived familiarity with Chinese consumer behavior and digital platforms. Preferred: direct experience with WeChat/Alipay Mini Programs, Chinese payment systems, and competitive landscape knowledge (Damai, Maoyan, Meituan, Douyin commerce).
