Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products to enterprises like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. The company is scaling its Financial OS—spanning Issuing, Banking, and Capital—powered by unified global infrastructure, banking licenses, and identity data.
You will join the Issuing team as Senior Product Manager for Cards & Wallets, responsible for building and executing the roadmap for card issuance capabilities including BIN management, tokenization, and card fulfillment. This is a foundational role for Adyen's next-generation financial products, with the opportunity to scale the issuing business 10x over the next 2–5 years.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting strategy and roadmap for the Cards & Wallets team
- Understanding customer needs and prioritizing product investments that deliver measurable value
- Leading platform-scale execution across Engineering, Product, Design, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance to build a highly automated, globally scalable platform
- Adopting a data and experimentation-first mindset, defining success metrics, and leveraging AI-forward product development
Within 6–12 months, you will establish clear vision and strategy, identify key customer and operational pain points, build an effective product development team, and launch core capabilities that drive Issuing volume.
You bring 8+ years building high-scale products in fast-growing tech or fintech environments, with 2+ years in cards or payments. You have a track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale, strong product instincts, data-driven decision-making, and demonstrated ability to set vision and strategy for teams. You are entrepreneurial, customer-centric, a clear communicator comfortable with ambiguity and high autonomy, and passionate about AI-forward thinking.
