As Senior Product Manager, you will own high-impact product initiatives end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap definition through execution and post-launch optimization. You'll drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support teams while building strong relationships with veterinary clinics and pet parents. Key responsibilities include defining product vision and strategy for key platform areas, leading complex multi-quarter initiatives from discovery through launch, synthesizing qualitative feedback and quantitative data to identify opportunities, establishing and monitoring KPIs to optimize adoption and retention, and ensuring high-quality delivery through comprehensive QA processes.
You'll mentor junior product managers, influence stakeholders across departments, and partner on go-to-market strategy and customer enablement. This role requires translating company goals and customer insights into a clear, prioritized roadmap while balancing short-term wins with long-term platform investments.
Required: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments, with demonstrated success owning complex product areas and delivering strategic cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact. You should have proven ability to define and execute product strategy, manage multi-quarter roadmaps, lead discovery and experimentation, and partner closely with engineering and design. Strong data-driven decision-making skills, advanced analytical capabilities, and experience with KPI definition, business case building, and experimentation frameworks are essential. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams. Deep customer obsession and commitment to understanding user workflows required.
