Truecaller is a global communication safety platform trusted by over 500 million active users across 190+ countries. You will serve as Senior Product Manager for the Truecaller iOS app, owning the roadmap across multiple product surfaces: Caller ID & Spam Blocking, Premium subscriptions, Onboarding, Family Protection, and a fast-growing Travel eSIM business.
This is a broad, senior individual contributor role with real autonomy and accountability. You will own the roadmap from quarterly planning through individual tickets, running high-velocity experiments with A/B testing and data-driven decision making. You'll prioritize ruthlessly given finite engineering capacity, partner daily with engineering, design, and data teams, and serve as the voice of the customer through user interviews, App Store reviews, and support feedback.
You'll communicate clearly through weekly updates and decision documents, prototype with AI tools, and pick up small development tasks yourself. The role requires 5+ years in product management focused on consumer mobile apps at scale, deep iOS ecosystem knowledge (App Store dynamics, frameworks, In-App Purchase mechanics), strong design sensibility, and fluency in experimentation methodology. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, embrace AI as a force multiplier, and learn new domains (payments, telecom, platform APIs) quickly.
Preferred qualifications include prior development experience (especially mobile), experience managing established products with millions of users where changes carry real risk, and exposure to subscriptions, payments, or telecom products.
