Salary: USD 189,000 - 231,000 / annual

Relay is a digital banking platform designed for self-made business owners, providing tools and visibility to manage cash flow and financial operations. The company replaces financial guesswork with real visibility, helping SMBs transform cash flow management from a source of stress into a strategic business signal. As Senior Product Manager, you will lead a major product area end-to-end, such as core banking, risk management, AI Insights, or payroll. You'll own the full lifecycle from zero-to-one product launches through scaling existing offerings, directly impacting how thousands of entrepreneurs run their businesses. Key responsibilities include: - Owning impactful products end-to-end: define vision, set roadmap, and deliver outcomes that shape how SMBs understand and manage money - Treating your product like a business: define KPIs, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions aligned with company goals - Shipping high-quality products from ideation to launch, partnering closely with design and engineering to raise the bar on usability and craft - Building compelling narratives and roadmaps that align stakeholders and inspire confidence in ambiguous situations - Staying deeply connected to SMB customers: understand their workflows and pain points to ensure solutions are intuitive and delightful - Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure successful launches and strong adoption - Evaluating and partnering with strategic external partners to expand product capabilities - Championing product culture at Relay through curiosity, ownership, and high quality standards You bring at least five years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping and owning products at scale. You have strong data competency, including ability to self-serve metrics and write basic SQL. You excel at storytelling and communication, bringing clarity across engineering, design, and business stakeholders. You've worked closely with engineering and design to deliver polished experiences and have demonstrated success collaborating with go-to-market teams. You're comfortable in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity where needed. Bonus experience includes fintech product background, joining companies at early stages and scaling them, or familiarity with risk/fraud tools and credit underwriting frameworks.
