Onescreen is a modern platform for out-of-home (OOH) advertising, enabling brands and agencies to plan, activate, and measure campaigns across thousands of media providers and formats. The company operates lean and maintains high standards on every campaign.
As Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for core product experiences and the platform underpinning Onescreen's media planning and activation workflows. You'll set direction, sequence bets, and own outcomes, partnering closely with engineering, operations, customer success, sales, and marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution from discovery through rapid prototyping, launch, and continuous iteration
- Build best-in-class OOH media planning and activation solutions that are valuable to customers and commercially viable for Onescreen
- Partner directly with brands and agencies to identify unmet needs and champion the end-user voice in every decision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing clear communication across engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and executive leadership
- Design capabilities as systems that extend across product surfaces, including web UI, MCP, API, and enterprise integrations
- Define and track core product and platform metrics alongside customer feedback to identify opportunities, set priorities, and report outcomes to leadership
This is a hands-on builder role requiring an owner's mindset. You'll develop a clear point-of-view on product strategy informed by deep understanding of end-users and unmet market needs. You'll drive research and discovery, prototyping, and strategic partnerships while challenging assumptions about how marketers can manage out-of-home media.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B vertical SaaS, marketplace, or AI/ML products
- Deep customer focus, curiosity, and empathy; ability to understand users and separate signal from noise
- Owner's mindset and comfort operating with ambiguity; ability to define problems, decide with incomplete information, and adjust as you learn
- Strong business judgment and track record of aligning operations, marketing, and commercial leaders toward shared objectives
- Technical fluency; comfort discussing technical design choices and tradeoffs with full-stack and AI/ML engineers
- Exceptional product taste and instincts for delightful and trustworthy experiences
Nice to have:
- Founder or early-stage startup experience, or demonstrated success bringing 0-to-1 products to market
- Experience in multi-sided marketplaces or inventory-driven products
- Experience shipping LLM-powered features to production, including evaluation and quality tradeoffs
- Experience building in adtech or related domains; familiarity with programmatic, retail media, or omnichannel marketing platforms
