Ocrolus is an AI-powered workflow and analytics platform for lenders, processing nearly one million credit applications monthly. The company combines state-of-the-art AI models with human-in-the-loop verification to capture financial document data with over 99% accuracy, serving 400+ customers including Better Mortgage, Brex, PayPal, Plaid, and SoFi. As Senior Product Manager for SMB Fraud Detection, you will own the complete product strategy and execution for Ocrolus's small business lending fraud detection offering. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in fraud prevention within financial services. Key responsibilities include: developing and prioritizing the SMB fraud product roadmap based on data and customer feedback; collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and sales teams to execute the vision; serving as the external subject matter expert representing the fraud detection product suite to clients and prospects; conducting competitive research and market analysis to inform strategy; writing detailed product requirements and business cases; establishing KPIs and working with analytics teams to monitor performance; educating stakeholders about fraud opportunities; and managing end-to-end feature delivery including phased rollouts and launches. You will also integrate fraud detection capabilities across all Ocrolus verticals, identify new market opportunities leveraging the company's document processing competencies, and nurture client relationships. Required: minimum 3 years of strong product management experience, preferably with fraud detection background in financial services or small business lending. You should demonstrate passion for customer delight, analytical mindset, deep ownership, and an AI-native approach to product development. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences are essential, along with commercial acumen and resilience in the face of setbacks. Nice-to-haves: degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science/Engineering.
