BIT (formerly Matrixport) is a global digital asset financial services and infrastructure group headquartered in Singapore. The company bridges traditional finance and digital assets through governance-driven financial services and technology, managing over $7 billion in assets and facilitating more than $7 billion in monthly trading volume. BIT offers custody, trading, asset and wealth management, liquidity and financing solutions, and tokenized real-world assets (RWA) to institutional and professional investors globally, with regulated operations across Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, the UK, the US, and Bhutan.
As Senior Product Manager, you will drive product strategy and execution with a deep focus on client-facing experiences across BIT's digital asset platform. You will define and iterate product strategy and roadmap for user-facing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities. You will also contribute to product culture and raise UX standards across the product team.
Required qualifications: proven experience as a Product Manager with strong focus on user experience, ideally from a top-tier internet, fintech, or platform company; strong understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies, and product design processes; data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable decisions; excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills; and fluency in both Chinese and English. Experience working on consumer-facing or institutional financial products is a plus.
