Havenly Brands is building the premier destination for home design and furnishings, operating a portfolio of brands including Havenly, Interior Define, The Citizenry, Burrow, Inside, and St.Frank. The company combines award-winning interior design services with proprietary 3D visualization technology, a global network of AI-empowered designers, and a customer-facing AI design assistant.
As Senior Product Manager, you will own a product surface end-to-end, including roadmap, top-line success metrics, and prioritization decisions. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close partnership with engineering, supply chain, and marketing, plus direct collaboration with product leadership and executives on resource allocation and strategic alignment.
You will choose between two primary product areas:
**Design Services** — owns the interior design experience from customer onboarding through designer matching, the Studio 3D design tool, product sourcing and recommendations, and AI design assistance. Key metrics include onboarding completion, quiz-to-booking conversion, design-to-purchase attach rate, and designer productivity.
**Owned & Operated Ecommerce** — owns customer discovery, customization, and purchasing across the brand portfolio. Surfaces include product listing and detail pages, customization flows, merchandising, and checkout. Key metrics include conversion rate, average order value, cart completion, and repeat purchase.
You will drive product strategy by partnering with design and engineering to translate opportunities into clear product work and releases; measure impact and use results to influence strategy and prioritization; and raise the bar for product practice on the team while mentoring other PMs. Example problems: reducing drop-off between the style quiz and first designer session, or lifting product-detail-page conversion on a brand storefront.
The company moves fast, builds with AI at the center of operations, and values both execution against established playbooks and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of hands-on product management experience with B2C, consumer-facing products
- Demonstrated ownership of at least one product area end-to-end, including roadmap and top-line metric responsibility
- Comfort executing against established playbooks and navigating ambiguity; ability to identify opportunities and define high-likelihood paths forward
- Excellent communication skills; ability to build credibility quickly and influence senior stakeholders across the organization
- Comfort with both quantitative and qualitative decision-making
- Proactive approach to ambiguous problems; self-directed ownership of outcomes
- Fast execution, high standards, and collaborative low-ego approach to cross-team work
- Bonus: experience with e-commerce or retail, design/marketplace/workflow platforms, 3D or visual product tools, or AI-backed product surfaces
- Genuine curiosity about AI-assisted tools and openness to adopting them (existing AI expertise not required)
- Current work authorization in the United States; no sponsorship available
