EcoVadis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own one of their Strategic Use Cases end-to-end—from customer problem identification through data requirements, prototyping, roadmap development, and market launch. This is a builder role focused on high-agency ownership of outcomes rather than coordination.
You will set and drive the aligned vision for your assigned use case (regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience), defining the customer experience, identifying gaps, and sequencing the path from parity to market leadership. Key responsibilities include:
• Own the end-to-end vision for your use case, understanding technical requirements and competitive landscape
• Engage directly with buyers, program owners, and co-development accounts to validate problems and solutions
• Prototype with AI tools to build working demos and test assumptions before committing engineering resources
• Work alongside engineering to unblock and drive builds forward across multiple product areas and squads
• Partner with Strategic Use Case Leads and commercial teams on go-to-market execution
• Define success metrics, hold the team accountable, and lead persist/pivot/stop decisions
The ideal candidate is a generalist builder who moves fluidly between strategy, data, prototyping, and GTM. You operate at the AI-Fluent to AI-Native end of the spectrum, reconstructing core PM workflows around AI—configuring agents with product context, defining machine-testable acceptance criteria, and creating reusable workflows. You are customer-obsessed, biased toward speed, comfortable with incomplete information, and mission-driven to help guide companies toward sustainability.
Requirements:
• Typically 10+ years of experience owning meaningful product areas end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS with demonstrable business and customer outcomes
• Technical fluency to prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs, and scripting languages (Python/JavaScript or equivalent) without waiting for engineering validation
• AI-native way of working already embedded in your operations, not aspirational
• Comfort operating in regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domains—or demonstrated ability to learn quickly
• Sharp problem framing and communication skills; you bring recommendations, not open questions, and reduce ambiguity for engineering and design
• Fluent English (primary working language)
