Archy is a Series C vertical SaaS platform transforming dental practice management. The company provides AI agents and software that automate the business side of running a dental practice, freeing dentists to focus on patient care.
You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Archy Revenue, an AI-powered product that automates insurance claims submission, payment tracking, and bank reconciliation for dental practices. Today, dental offices spend hours daily on these tasks; Archy Revenue handles most automatically and flags only complex cases for human review. The product is live with customers and still early, presenting a significant opportunity to evolve it into a nearly hands-off, agentic experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end product vision and strategy for Archy Revenue, leveraging AI capabilities to transform tedious workflows into nearly autonomous processes
- Driving adoption as a paid add-on by partnering with GTM teams on upsell strategy, positioning, pricing, and packaging
- Leading cross-functionally with clarity, providing direction amid ambiguity and aligning engineering, design, and GTM partners
- Spending significant time with users to understand dental revenue cycle workflows, translating pain points into product requirements
- Establishing product analytics and success metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
- Ensuring HIPAA compliance and security standards for handling patient data
- Actively integrating new AI capabilities into the product and workflows
- Maintaining clear technical documentation and communicating requirements and strategic tradeoffs to stakeholders
This is a high-ownership, large-scope role at a growth-stage startup for someone excited to drive innovation in a complex, business-critical domain.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years at a fast-growing startup with hands-on experience building B2B software for complex, business-critical workflows
- Experience building customer-facing AI/ML products, ideally including human-in-the-loop systems
- Deep customer empathy with a track record of learning user workflows in detail and building products that eliminate or radically streamline them
- Background in dental, insurance, or healthcare billing is a bonus
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally across engineering, design, and GTM teams
- Technical curiosity and analytical proficiency with regular use of AI and analytics tools
- Absolute ownership mindset with high adaptability, exceptional communication skills, and strong bias toward action
