Salary: USD 220,000 - 280,000 / annual

DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform that automates accounting workflows from data entry through close. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier VCs (Lightspeed, Khosla, Contrary, Google Ventures) and serves customers ranging from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies. As Senior Product Manager for Accounting, you will own a major product area end-to-end, setting strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps that guide other PMs and cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities include: - Defining strategy for complex technical areas spanning AI agents, ML models, and LLM-vs-deterministic trade-offs - Architecting data ingestion from dozens of systems, synchronization logic, and bi-directional workflows - Building evaluation systems that make reliability and accuracy first-class outcomes, with agents posting to real ledgers - Driving high-impact, ambiguous bets from problem framing through launch and iteration - Holding the product area accountable to measurable business outcomes (retention, activation, expansion) - Partnering with engineering and design leadership on technical architecture spanning multiple teams - Improving internal processes, tooling, and operating models to accelerate shipping You bring 8+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience with a proven track record of owning product areas and driving measurable business results. You have deep hands-on experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows, including shipping LLM-powered or agentic features to production. You reason clearly about evals, failure modes, and technical trade-offs. You communicate directly and create alignment across multiple teams and senior stakeholders. You thrive in fast-moving, high-agency environments and prefer working in person. Nice-to-have qualifications include CPA/ACA certification, accounting/ERP/fintech domain experience, hands-on work with agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI), daily use of AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor), and prior experience working with business stakeholders (Sales, Revenue). Compensation includes base salary of $220K–$280K, equity of $70K–$80K, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), unlimited AI tokens, AI skills development, visa sponsorship, relocation support, and flexible PTO (27 days).
