Fin, an AI Customer Agent company, is seeking Senior Product Engineers to join its AI Group and build Fin's AI-powered customer support products. The role involves working closely with ML Scientists and product teams to bring machine learning innovations to production at scale.
Key responsibilities include building systems that power Fin's flagship AI products, primarily using Python and occasionally Rails; partnering with ML Scientists to transform proof-of-concept code into robust, scalable production systems; collaborating with product teams to shape AI-powered customer experiences; contributing across all software development phases from ideation through testing; mentoring and developing other engineers; and raising technical standards for reliability and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience shipping high-quality products and demonstrates significant impact in previous work. While ML experience is not required, candidates should have strong software engineering fundamentals, deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (Python, Ruby, JavaScript, etc.), and a willingness to learn ML on the job. A BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline is expected.
