CloudTalk, a Series B AI-powered business communication platform backed by top-tier investors (KPN Ventures, Lead Ventures, Point 9, HenQ), is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of next-generation calling software. The role focuses on translating conceptual ideas into elegant user experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms for 4,000+ sales and support teams globally.
Key responsibilities include expanding design expertise in AI-powered product design, developing and scaling design system processes across multiple platforms, communicating design concepts effectively to engineers and product managers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on research, experimentation, and prototyping. You will work autonomously and collaboratively to manage multiple complex projects while understanding customer needs alongside product managers.
Required qualifications: 4+ years of product design experience, strong Figma proficiency, proven track record creating and maintaining expansive design systems, experience fostering cross-team collaboration, adaptability to changing timelines, and ability to manage multiple intricate projects simultaneously. Portfolio required. Nice-to-have: AI-powered product development experience.
