Innovaccer is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process for key product features in their AI-native healthcare platform. You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to translate complex healthcare problems into intuitive, user-focused designs. The role involves mentoring junior designers, contributing to design system refinement, and ensuring consistency across all products.
You will collaborate closely with engineering teams on design handoffs and work with product managers to incorporate user feedback and iterate rapidly. Your design approach will be data-driven, informed by user research, and focused on designing for complex healthcare systems. You'll support the maintenance and expansion of the design system, ensuring Innovaccer's design approach aligns with the company's broader vision of autonomous operations in healthcare.
Innovaccer's Product team designs AI-native solutions for healthcare providers, payers, and government organizations—agentic workflows that automate complex clinical and operational processes, intelligent systems that replace manual work at scale, and data infrastructure that enables it all. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of product design experience with strong UX/UI skills, proficiency in Figma or similar tools, and proven experience with design systems, user research, and complex system design. You should be collaborative, proactive at identifying problems and opportunities, and self-sufficient in leading smaller projects autonomously. A collaborative mindset and ability to work well with cross-functional teams are essential.
