ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its Experience Design (XD) team in Bengaluru. The company operates in the home services industry, building enterprise SaaS products that help thousands of users streamline their workflows through innovative design and technology.
In this role, you will report to the Manager of Product Design and serve as a core member of the growing design team. You'll be responsible for designing engaging, efficient, and intuitive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. Your work will involve conducting discovery research with users, creating journey maps and task flows, developing prototypes to test concepts, and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and QA teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing solutions that solve real problems for home services professionals
- Conducting user research and usability studies to inform design decisions
- Prototyping flows, concepts, and interactions
- Developing deep expertise in your assigned product area
- Working with the design system team and developers to ensure successful implementation
- Mentoring junior designers and providing constructive feedback
- Representing user needs in product strategy and roadmap discussions
- Championing good design practices across the organization
You will work in a highly iterative environment that values listening, adapting, moving fast, incorporating feedback, and constant collaboration. The team measures success based on customer outcomes and aims to ship dozens of new features monthly.
Requirements:
- Experience designing modern SaaS and enterprise products
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating your process, reasoning, and outcomes
- Ability to take ownership of entire projects while collaborating effectively
- Excellent relationship-building skills across teams and functions
- Aptitude for providing design feedback and mentoring less experienced designers
- Comfort with iterative processes and rapid feedback cycles
- Deep understanding of user workflows, environments, needs, and pain points in B2B contexts
