Levelpath is a modern AI procurement platform for global enterprises, founded in 2022, on a mission to make procurement delightful. The platform provides a complete view of spend across procurement, finance, legal, and IT—from intake and sourcing to contracting and payment—with built-in AI delivering contextually relevant answers and uncovering valuable opportunities.
In this Senior UX Product Designer role, you will be responsible for creating delightful user experiences across Levelpath's mobile and web platforms. You will spend time with customers to discover and understand their underserved needs, then work closely with the Head of Design, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver simple, elegant solutions. Your work will span the full design lifecycle: story mapping, rough and high-fidelity prototypes, and continuous iteration based on user feedback.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting customer discovery and user research to inform design decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate insights into elegant solutions
- Designing delightful user experiences and interactions for both mobile and web
- Establishing and maintaining strong usability standards across the product
- Delivering engineering-ready design files in a clean, well-documented format
- Contributing to and maintaining the Design System
- Owning your work and performing at a high bar
