Popl is building an AI-native platform that transforms in-person events (trade shows, conferences, field meetings) into measurable pipeline and revenue. The company is defining a new category called In-Person Go-To-Market, helping revenue teams turn badge scans and real-world interactions into high-quality, actionable leads with automatic enrichment and CRM sync.
As Senior Product Designer, you will be a key individual contributor on a growing in-house design team, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. You will design across Popl's web dashboard and mobile app, owning end-to-end designs for both platforms. Your responsibilities include:
- Design across web and mobile platforms, managing complete design workflows for both the dashboard and mobile app
- Build and evolve the design system, creating component libraries to ensure visual consistency and accelerate future design and development
- Strengthen design operations by defining quality bars, introducing design QA practices, and improving design processes
- Simplify complex B2B workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences—both for new product development and improvements to the existing feature-rich platform
- Conduct lightweight user research including usability testing, customer interviews, feedback sessions, and review of live customer calls
- Advocate for design excellence across the company and help build a strong product culture
You will inherit a mature, feature-rich product at a pivotal growth stage and work in a fast-paced startup environment where you can make immediate impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
