Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The company's Lattice OS is an AI-powered operating system that aggregates thousands of data streams into a real-time 3D command and control center. ArsenalOS is Anduril's initiative to rebuild the arsenal and hyper-scale manufacturing, serving as the software layer that brings modern software speed and precision to industrial and defense manufacturing. You will join the ArsenalOS Design team as a Senior Product Designer in a generalist role, currently focused on supply chain and supplier experience. You'll design intuitive interfaces connecting technical systems and business functions, improving process efficiency, evaluation, and reporting. Your responsibilities include owning information architecture and design PRDs before implementation, judging when to extend existing patterns versus create new solutions, and rapidly iterating with strong visual and interaction craft. You will own all aspects of design execution from discovery through implementation and support, collaborating directly with PMs, engineers, and supply chain teams to translate complex processes into intuitive interfaces. You'll partner with Design Leads while exercising autonomy to maintain momentum, balance tactical solutions with long-term design impact, and create scalable components across device types. Contextual research is key—you'll visit operational environments to understand user needs firsthand. You communicate design decisions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, work in the open across multiple verticals to maintain consistency, and share best practices. The ideal candidate is creative by default, a visual design expert with deep understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and Gestalt principles, and a systems thinker who knows when to reuse rather than reinvent.
