Robinhood is hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of agentic trading products—AI-driven automated trading experiences for consumers. You'll work on a fast-moving, elite team applying frontier AI technologies to financial problems, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and leadership.
In this role, you'll own end-to-end design from early exploration through launch. You'll define interaction models and shared design patterns for agentic products, setting a high bar for experiences that extend across Robinhood's ecosystem. Key responsibilities include leading design concepts, creating and iterating on prototypes, translating complex financial and AI concepts into intuitive interfaces, and presenting work to cross-functional partners. You'll use LLMs as part of your design workflow to explore ideas, clarify user needs, and align teams quickly on direction. You'll also ensure designs meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and support user trust in a regulated financial environment.
You bring 5+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally mobile-first. You actively use tools like ChatGPT or Gemini in your design process and are comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted development tools. You excel at moving from ambiguous problem spaces to clear, executable solutions, communicate design decisions effectively to leadership, and ideally have experience in regulated environments or financial products. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the future of AI-driven trading at scale.
The role is based in Bellevue, WA; Menlo Park, CA; or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
