Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, is seeking a Senior Producer to join its Creative Production team in Madrid. This role bridges complex B2B software solutions with compelling visual storytelling, focusing on customer testimonial content and broader marketing campaigns.
You will manage the complete production lifecycle—from concept development and storyboarding through on-set direction to post-production oversight. Working alongside video producers, motion designers, photographers, and audio specialists, you'll translate technical software features into human-centric narratives that resonate with enterprise audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end production management for marketing campaigns, product demos, and social content
- Leading on-set and remote shoots, directing talent and managing technical crews
- Overseeing post-production (editing, color grading, motion design, sound design) to ensure technical excellence and brand alignment
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to maintain consistent, high-quality brand narrative
- Project management including scheduling, budget tracking, and delivery within marketing timelines
- Serving as primary stakeholder contact for internal teams and external production partners
- Leading high-budget, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal oversight
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or related field
- 4–6 years of production experience in corporate or agency environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse video projects (B2B/tech experience strongly preferred)
- Deep technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro) and modern production workflows (lighting, sound, cinematography)
- Genuine interest in understanding complex software products and explaining technical concepts to audiences
- Ability to work autonomously on complex projects with multiple stakeholders
