Celonis is seeking a Senior Process Intelligence & Supply Chain Transformation Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor helping enterprise customers achieve strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. This role (internally titled Senior Value Engineer) owns the end-to-end customer value journey—from initial landing through expansion, adoption, and renewal.
You will work in partnership with Celonis Sales Teams to translate customer objectives into high-impact use cases, build business cases and demos leveraging industry benchmarks, and conduct value assessments or proof-of-value projects. You'll facilitate business value workshops to identify process enhancement opportunities, derive improvement measures across core business functions, and present results to C-level executives. Responsibilities span identifying and framing value, realizing value through workshops and change initiatives, and scaling value by building strategic expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis as a transformational platform.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in an analytical, customer-facing role—such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting at a Business Software/SaaS provider, or an in-house role in a Center of Excellence for Data Mining, Analytics, or Intelligence. You should have strong knowledge of enterprise software (e.g., SAP), experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools, and proficiency with Python and/or SQL. Process improvement expertise, change management skills, and project management experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives are essential.
Native-level German proficiency is required; you must be able to lead customer workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage stakeholder interactions in German.
