Dust is an enterprise AI platform that empowers AI Operators at fast-moving companies to rewire how work gets done. Backed by Sequoia and founded by alumni from Stripe, OpenAI, and Stanford, Dust serves customers like Datadog, 1Password, and Cursor, with 70%+ weekly active users and rapid growth targeting 5x expansion by end of 2026. As Partner Account Manager (EU), you will build a volume engine for partner-led revenue across Europe. Your core mission is to identify, recruit, and activate digital transformation agencies and AI consultants as Dust partners, then scale this into a repeatable motion. You'll report to the global partnerships team (6 people) and own the full lifecycle: outreach, qualification, onboarding, and ongoing account management. Key responsibilities include: mapping the European agency and consultant landscape to identify high-leverage entry points; running outbound campaigns (cold outreach, events, referrals) with tailored messaging for different geographies and partner profiles; qualifying prospects on client base, AI readiness, and commercial fit; helping partners articulate Dust's fit in their service offering; running structured onboarding with product training and sales methodology; tracking time-to-activation as a success metric; conducting quarterly business reviews; and coaching partners through live deals where Dust expertise is needed. You'll need 5+ years in partnership management or B2B SaaS business development with proven partner-channel revenue impact. An outbound-first mindset is essential—you must recruit cold partners into active contributors without relying on warm intros or established brand. You should have relationship-building expertise with consulting firms and system integrators, strong enablement instincts to translate complex products into partner-ready sales motions, and fluency in English and French (additional European languages a plus). An entrepreneurial background—having built a territory, partner channel, or program from scratch—is highly valued. An existing network of European agencies or consultants is a strong advantage. This role offers direct revenue impact, the opportunity to shape AI-native partner operations at a pivotal growth stage (€1M to €40+M ARR), cross-functional collaboration with sales, partnerships, and product, and a chance to define how AI companies approach partnership development.
