As a Growth Strategy Associate, you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. Working within the Marketing & Growth team—one of the largest and most dynamic at Fever—you'll design end-to-end solutions and manage new business streams while collaborating across departments. Key responsibilities include: - Contributing to growth and development in one of Fever's key markets - Managing your own pipeline of projects within a business line - Leading global projects that define the future of the entertainment industry - Enhancing overall company performance across business departments - Defining and establishing new strategies to increase performance using analytical and strategic skills - Designing end-to-end solutions with daily high impact - Creating, developing, and managing new projects including business streams, workflows, and departmental growth initiatives - Working across different markets with focus on developing new experiences internationally You bring 3-5 years of business analytics experience, ideally from strategy consulting, investment banking, or top tech firms. Your background includes a bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or expertise in Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics. You're a data-driven decision-maker with strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to influence stakeholders across teams, and proactive problem-solving mindset. Coding experience (SQL, R, Python) is preferred. Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
