You will join the Accountant Partnerships team as a Partnership Manager, responsible for building and scaling relationships with accounting firms and accountant networks across France. Your core mission is to transform accounting firms into long-term Alan advocates who recommend Alan to their clients, streamline their health insurance and payroll administration, and generate qualified sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, prioritizing, and developing relationships with high-potential accounting firms and networks
- Leading partnership discussions from initial contact through onboarding and activation
- Creating engagement plans and supporting partner enablement to drive business opportunities
- Managing partner performance, tracking metrics, and contributing to scalable partnership playbooks and processes
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, and Operations teams
The accountant ecosystem in France represents significant growth potential: approximately 22,000 accounting firms support 3.5 million companies, and Alan's existing accountant partnership channel has already generated substantial ARR. The team is scaling this channel and seeking experienced partnership managers to build a high-performing, scalable partner network.
You should have 5+ years of B2B partnership, business development, account management, or customer success experience, with demonstrated expertise managing partnerships across the full lifecycle. Experience with B2B distribution partnerships (where third parties recommend or distribute solutions to their customers) is particularly valuable. You'll need strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, a data-oriented mindset, and entrepreneurial ownership. Full professional fluency in French and professional fluency in English are required. Experience with accounting firms, payroll providers, HR software, or insurance companies is a strong plus.
