TheFork, Europe's leading restaurant booking platform and part of the Tripadvisor Group, is seeking a B2B Partnerships Operations Manager to own and expand partnership operations across 11 European countries. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations of existing partnerships while identifying and onboarding new strategic partners in technology, marketing, payments, and financing. You'll structure commercial deals, negotiate contracts, and scale operations to maximize business impact. Key responsibilities include monitoring partnership performance metrics, assessing new partnership opportunities, and leading cross-functional initiatives from scoping through execution. You will coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, and Finance teams to drive alignment and deliver results. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position requiring strong ownership and stakeholder management across a multicultural, international environment. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of professional experience in partnership management, procurement, strategic sourcing, or business development. You must demonstrate proven ability to negotiate and structure commercial partnerships, lead cross-functional projects, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus. Experience in tech or marketplace environments and genuine interest in the food and restaurant industry are valued.
