Celonis, a market leader in Process Intelligence and Enterprise AI, is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in Madrid to join their global Talent Acquisition team. This role is central to the company's rapid international growth and focuses on recruiting technical customer-facing talent.
You will serve as a strategic talent advisor and trusted partner to hiring managers across the Customer organization, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle for roles including Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Services, PreSales, and Value Engineering positions. Your responsibilities span stakeholder collaboration, full-cycle recruitment management, candidate experience optimization, and market intelligence gathering.
Key responsibilities include partnering with regional hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance; managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through offer extension; developing and executing sourcing strategies across multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals; ensuring positive candidate experiences through timely communication and feedback; staying current with industry trends and competitor activity to position Celonis as an employer of choice; tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure strategy effectiveness; and leveraging Celonis's proprietary ATS and sourcing tools to drive process excellence.
You will work closely with the HR team, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Coordination, and other internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with company goals. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, using real-time analytics and advanced reporting to sharpen your ability to advise, plan, and execute.
Required qualifications include a proven background recruiting technical customer-facing roles for technology, product, or IT services companies; end-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to offer management; in-house, agency, or RPO recruitment experience; strong understanding of technology and industry trends; proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools; exceptional communication skills; and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while building credibility with both hiring managers and candidates.
