Sportradar, a global sports technology company serving 1,700+ sports federations, media outlets, and betting operators across 120 countries, is seeking a People Systems & Insights Partner to join their Workday team in Vienna. This role is a genuine launchpad into HR technology, offering structured mentorship from senior specialists who invest in developing your expertise. You will be the operational engine behind Sportradar's people processes, executing mass data loads (EIBs) for organizational changes, regular uploads, and annual cycles with precision and audit-proof accuracy. You'll run the operational side of quarterly and annual cycles including performance reviews, calibration, talent reviews, and compensation support. The role involves resolving escalated Workday tickets (tier 2) across modules, identifying and fixing root causes rather than symptoms. You'll own structured testing for Workday releases and projects, manage data retention and purging routines, and implement Workday configuration improvements—starting with simpler changes and developing into ownership of larger areas. Additionally, you'll support Workday report and dashboard improvements, ensuring appropriate security and clean data as the foundation for insights. You bring 1–4 years of experience in HRIS, HR systems, HR operations, or people analytics, with Workday experience strongly preferred. You are meticulous with data, reconciling before publishing and maintaining audit trails by instinct. You remain organized and calm during live cycles, structured and deadline-driven. You have a service mindset with genuine curiosity, resolving issues properly and spotting patterns worth fixing. You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and business teams, and you're adept at training end users. Most importantly, you have ambition to grow into a Workday specialist—Sportradar is hiring someone they intend to develop. Nice-to-have skills include hands-on experience with Workday configuration, EIBs, security assignments, support, and testing. Sportradar offers a collaborative, global environment with colleagues across Europe, Asia, and the US, flexibility to manage your workday autonomously, vibrant and inclusive community groups (Women in Tech, Pride), a Global Employee Assistance Programme, well-being apps (Calm and Relay), and online training. The company is open to discussing part-time arrangements (0.8 FTE) and flexible working arrangements.
