Sportradar, the world's leading sports technology company, is seeking a People Systems & Insights Partner to join their Workday team in London. This role serves as the operational engine for HR processes, managing performance management, learning, benefits, time & absence, and engagement systems. Key responsibilities include executing mass data loads (EIBs) for organizational changes and annual cycles with precision and audit compliance; running the operational side of quarterly and annual performance, calibration, talent, and compensation review cycles; resolving escalated Workday tickets (tier 2) across modules and addressing root causes; owning structured testing for Workday releases and projects; implementing Workday configuration improvements, progressing from simpler changes to larger module ownership; and supporting Workday report and dashboard improvements with appropriate security and data quality. The ideal candidate brings 1–4 years of experience in HRIS, HR systems, HR operations, or people analytics, with Workday experience strongly preferred. You must demonstrate precision with data, maintaining audit trails and reconciling before publishing. You're organized and calm under pressure during live cycles, with a service mindset and curiosity to resolve issues properly and identify patterns worth fixing. Clear communication with both technical and business teams is essential, along with the ability to train end users and keep explanations simple. You should have ambition to grow into a Workday specialist, as this role is designed as a genuine launchpad into HR technology with senior specialists who invest in teaching. Nice-to-have skills include hands-on experience with Workday configuration, EIBs, security assignments, support, and testing. Sportradar offers a collaborative global environment with offices across Europe, Asia, and the US; flexible working arrangements; autonomy in task management; an inclusive community with employee resource groups; global Employee Assistance Programme; wellness apps (Calm and Relay); and online training. The company is open to discussing part-time arrangements (0.8 FTE) for the right candidate.
