Salary: CAD 153,000 - 231,000 / annual

You will lead PagerDuty's Analyst Relations (AR) program, reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing Operations. This is a strategic, high-visibility role within the product marketing team that shapes how the company engages with the industry analyst community (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.).
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute the AR strategy and category story to drive industry positioning
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with current and new industry analysts
- Coordinate analyst briefings, calls, and maintain the AR program calendar
- Create briefing materials and presentation content to support executive engagement with analysts
- Maintain the AR interactions database and measure program impact on marketing and sales goals
- Prioritize and manage inbound analyst requests, including research participation and customer references
- Conduct foundational research on analyst coverage, competitive investments, and program growth opportunities
You bring 8+ years of enterprise technology experience in communications, marketing, or product marketing, with demonstrated expertise in analyst relations, product marketing, market research, and strategic planning. You excel at content creation, story shaping, program management, and attention to detail. Experience working directly with major analyst firms is preferred. You're interested in leveraging AI and automation tools to improve research and survey delivery.
The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the Toronto office to collaborate with the team and strengthen company culture.
