ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to join the Customer Success organization. This is an advisory, consultative role focused on helping customers establish a strong technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Work across customer organizations at executive, platform owner, enterprise architect, and development team levels during solution selling, structuring, and implementation phases
- Serve as an architectural advisor across multiple customer engagements, guiding ServiceNow teams, partners, and customer employees toward successful solutions
- Provide architectural expertise across multiple ServiceNow workflows and use cases
- Build relationships with Centers of Excellence, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to understand ServiceNow's role in the customer's digital transformation vision
- Translate business goals and technical requirements into detailed architectural blueprints for complex initiatives
- Engage with customer Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with core applications
- Manage technical governance, delivery operating models, and governance frameworks
- Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning implementations to ServiceNow best practices
- Support sales efforts through engagement scoping, estimation, and change order management
- Contribute to and share leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform
This role requires someone who can think strategically about technology architecture while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering tangible business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in professional services within a SaaS organization, or equivalent education and experience
- Management consulting background
- Demonstrated success driving resolution of complex technical and business issues through analysis
- Industry domain expertise
- Large program experience leading architecture and design initiatives
- Enterprise architecture experience
- Cloud application technology experience
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights analysis, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Right to work in the Netherlands
- Fluent in English; Dutch fluency preferred
