You will lead end-to-end paid social strategy and execution across Mexico and Canada, driving customer acquisition and business growth through high-impact social and video channels. This role owns full-funnel campaign programs with rigorous experimentation and measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, and emerging platforms like Reddit - Identify and explore new channels that unlock growth opportunities in Mexico and Canadian markets - Build strategic, data-driven full-funnel programs with focus on customer acquisition - Continuously optimize cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS) across multiple platforms - Conduct competitive and market analysis to uncover growth opportunities - Create internal and external-facing assets and playbooks that enable sales teams - Measure success by pipeline and revenue impact, not vanity metrics You are strategic yet hands-on, analytical, and thrive in data-driven environments. You love problem-solving, own outcomes from start to finish, and are motivated by measurable business impact. You think like a seller, building narratives and tactics that drive field success. You're obsessively curious about competitors, markets, and buyer behavior, turning insights into competitive advantages.
