Payoneer, a global fintech platform founded in 2005, is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager based in Bangalore to lead paid acquisition strategy across multiple regions and markets. This is a hands-on strategic role reporting to regional marketing leadership, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns at scale across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic/display, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and local channels. You will build market-level campaign strategies aligned to business goals, ICP/TICP segments, funnel quality, and revenue targets. The role requires deep expertise in campaign data analysis, funnel performance optimization, and connecting media spend to business outcomes including CAC, ROAS, registrations, approvals, and revenue impact. Key responsibilities include: leading paid acquisition strategy and execution across global and regional markets; managing multi-platform campaigns with budget allocation and optimization; analyzing campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities; collaborating with regional marketing, sales, web, analytics, product marketing, lifecycle, and external partners; building dashboards and reporting on key metrics; and mentoring junior team members on performance marketing best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality acquisition and measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong performance marketing experience across both agency and client-side environments, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, or other performance-led businesses. You should be comfortable with data-driven decision making, have proven success scaling paid acquisition budgets, and understand how to balance growth with unit economics.
