The role requires treating budgets as your own money, reading data before forming opinions, and pushing through noise to find what actually moves the needle. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of performance marketing experience for a mobile app product, with proven track record managing substantial paid media budgets across Meta and Google - Experience in high-growth consumer fintech, payments, or marketplace businesses - Full-funnel growth approach, thinking beyond acquisition to entire customer lifecycle - Hands-on experience acquiring and retaining users for mobile apps (iOS and Android), including work with mobile measurement partners, attribution tooling, and incrementality testing - Strong analytical skills: fluency with campaign dashboards, spreadsheet modeling, and data analyst collaboration; knowing when instinct must yield to evidence - Ability to write sharp creative briefs and give structured feedback on paid social ads - Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities and minimal supporting team - Genuine bias for action: spotting problems/opportunities, forming views, and moving without waiting for permission to test NICE TO HAVE: - Experience running paid campaigns in emerging markets across Africa, Middle East, or South Asia, with understanding of channel mix and creative norms differences - Familiarity with AI-powered creative testing or media planning tools - Exposure to multi-product growth loops (e.g., using remittance acquisition to drive Savings, Credit, or eSIM adoption)
